SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Orders under $150:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) Rates calculated at checkout.

Priority Shipping ( 2-3 business days)  Rates calculated at checkout.

Orders over $250: 

FREE standard shipping 

Dispatch 

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-72 hours from the date the order was placed. We are not responsible for stolen packages, lost packages, or mail delivered to the wrong address.

• Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only. 
• Orders can take up to 14 business days from shipment to be delivered. 

Incorrect Address: 

You are responsible to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. 

Return to Sender:

If your package is returned to the sender by the postal service, our team will contact you to arrange a redelivery when we receive it. 

• Please note we are not responsible for a refund for a return sender package. 

RETURNS 

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange, or refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Click here for returns. 

Conditions 

We do not accept returns on the following items:

All Products must be returned; 

• Unworn and unwashed 
• Tags attached 
• Free from makeup, fake tan, and deodorant stains. 

Where do I send my Return?

Exchanges:

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. This does NOT include sale items. Buyer will be responsible for exchange shipping. Exchange is based on the availability of stock.
